1. Delivery Timeline

Our average delivery time is 2 to 8 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–6 working days

  • Remote or rural areas: 6–8 working days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment in real time.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Provide your order number and tracking details

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate at the time of placing the order. Sangem Aalaankaras is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working toward expanding our delivery network globally in the near future.
