Return and Refund Policy

Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards of elegance and excellence. As a brand rooted in tradition and trust, we believe in setting clear expectations for our customers.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales made through Sangem Aalaankaras are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Incorrect selection of product, size, or quantity

• Delays in delivery caused by third-party courier services

• Minor variations in color, finish, or design due to lighting or screen settings

We encourage customers to review product details carefully and reach out to us with any questions before placing an order.

2. Return Eligibility (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)

Returns are accepted only in the rare event that the product received is:

• Damaged during transit

• Defective or not matching the item ordered

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and return the product within 2-4 working post receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item must be emailed to us for verification

Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange. No monetary refunds will be issued. Refund will credited to customer’s account within 5-7 working through original payment method based on the approval.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered only for eligible returns as mentioned above and are subject to stock availability. If the same item is not available, we may offer a similar product of equal value or store credit at our discretion. The exchange product will be delivered in 5-7 business days based on the approval.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return. In the case of approved returns due to damage or defect, Sangem Aalaankaras will bear the return shipping cost.
